To begin with, Planning is a vital function of management that involves setting goals, and objectives, identifying resources, and establishing strategies to achieve them.
Planning in management is often categorized into three levels: strategic planning, tactical planning, and operational planning.
Effective coordination, and communication between these planning levels are crucial for organizational success.
