Hi, How government take taxes from a llc owner? I mean, example : I am from UK and I have an llc in USA Wyoming. Purpose of Amazon FBA. If my agent (northwest) take of my my annual report. Then, government getting only a report not tax/money. Is tax automatically gonna paid from my US bank? Or how it’s work? Should I keep an paid accountant or northwest enough for this? Thanks

If I'm understanding your question right, the annual report is different from your LLC's tax return, soif you're paying Northwest to do so, they will send in the annual report filing each year. Essentially, this report is used to renew the LLC. The taxes the LLC owes won't automatically come out of the bank account, as there is a form to file. The form will vary depending on the tax election of the LLC too. Northwest doesn't do accounting, and while anyone can learn how to do business taxes, do you/should you spend your time learning. In most cases, an accountant will save you a lot of time, headaches, and usually more money than doing it yourself. Hope I answered this right. If not, please let me know! Greg

Hi Dean - The BOI or Beneficial Ownership Information is yet another form to file starting in 2024 to report the names of the individual(s) who own at least 25% or have “substantial control” of an LLC or corporation. This form can be filed for free with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) www.fincen.gov/boi.

Do single non resident US LLC have to submit this form?

Regarless of where it's owners are from, the LLC is a separate entity that is required to file annual reports (biennial in some states). Hope that helps! Greg
