Good afternoon po,how does the patient know that Philhealth is being charged for the right services, patients are just being made to sign documents and have no clue what is being done to them as they are not medically literate, For all we know a simple surgical procedure could be charged for a higher fee,I would suggest a Philhealth representative should be assign or a liason officer of Philhealth be present in private hospitals to certify the services performed and cost charged to Philhealth are correct.This could be a venue for abuse of reinbursements/overcharges of hospitals thank you.

Tama,pag na ospital ,dalhin ang senior citizen card at Philhealth ID,wala na dapat kayong bayarin.
