I started Dasatanib soon after my CML diagnosis in December, 2013. After successfully taking 100 mg/day for ten years, I was diagnosed with advanced pulmonary hypertension. (The diagnosis happened just three weeks ago.) I immediately stopped taking Sprycel, and I’m already breathing much better and no longer need oxygen. Hopefully I’ll see a complete reversal. Btw, not being able to breathe absolutely sucks. Just throwing that out there in case anyone is wondering. Actually, it’s the worst!
