QA (Quality Assurance), QC (Quality Control), and Testers have distinct roles in software quality management. QA focuses on improving development processes to prevent defects and ensure efficiency. QC inspects the final product to identify defects, making sure it meets quality standards. Testers execute tests to find and report bugs, ensuring the software functions correctly. Essentially, QA is process-oriented, QC is product-oriented, and testers are hands-on in detecting defects.
