I know this was Heighway but really PB should have made Highlander with the Queen music… imagine that. Still hoping someone does Flash Gordon too. Rhapsody pinball is just way too boring. As for people ‘should not expect their games to work perfectly out of the box’ that made me laugh my ass off. The alien not being able to pick the ball up is no small thing. No one expects there not to be a screw loose, but mechs not working properly is something else. Customers are perfectly entitled to complain at poor quality control and things not working.

I love our Alien LV, it's needed adjusting with some sensors but other than that its proved to be our most reliable game of our lineup. I'm sure there's games out there that aren't as lucky though.

How do you know they deliberately sold you a broken game? Have they been able to rectify the issue and help you? I hope so. They should put a corrective action in place to stop the problem reoccurring... if they're taking their quality control seriously.

Stefan…. I asked them exactly the same thing last year! They replied and said it was because of taxes. Bullshit I said. Then they said ‘let us get back to you’. That was 4 months ago lol. The thing is about pinball, everyone is getting ripped off with prices. We in the U.K. are the worst. But history has taught them if we are prepared to pay the price there’s no way they will ever reduce them until we stop buying them. 7350EUs this game should be in Europe, max.

hi guys, as we have explained before a few times, you need to realize that US pricing is usually given without added taxes. And these are not the fees for importing or rectifying some currency issues, it is a solid 19% VAT in Germany, even 20 or 21% in Austria. So if you do want to calculate 8K USD, that is roughly 7.400 EUR, with German tax would amount to 8.800. And then still more cost may apply, if you are in UK, for example. No scamming there, just the usual Government scheme of things ❤
