For the last six years, I am working in a company in Riyadh. I have no job contact in QIWA portal from my company. I sent the resignation letter on Jan 16-2022 due to my low salary and every month I send a reminder email and it's almost 6 months has been passed. but the company doesn't want to leave me and doesn't like to increase my salary. This month I got selected for an interview with a new company and they are given a job offer letter with a good salary. when I show it to my current company but they don't want to give me a transfer and just keep delaying. In case I receive the employee transfer request from the new company through QIWA. can I transfer with out current company's permission or do I need to go to the ministry of labor?

Hello sir @R J world thanks for the info sir mere contract mein ek clause hai jo yeh likha hai ki agar employee contract khatam karna chahta hai toh usko waapis apni country exit par jaana padega toh sir aisa koi saudi labour law hai jo iss clause ko valid karta hai aur ek baat yeh sir ki maine iss company mein local transfer diya tha yaani mai kisi dusri company se yahan transfer kiya please sir reply on this matter

Hi Mirza, 14th March 2021 maih jo amendment huwa tha labor law maih iske bad exit he jana hai wo concept pura khatam ho gaya. Aisa koi Article maih ne ab tak to nahe deka jis maih ye likha ho ki resign karne k bad exit he jana hoga.
