Thank you so much for your Partnership series Maricris. I have a couple questions for you if you have the time. 1 - If foreigners and Filipinos enter into a 100% equal share capitalist partnership (3 Filipino, 2 foreigners, in the Philippines, do the foreigners have all of the same rights of ownership, as the Filipino partners, such as real estate, buildings…etc? 2 - Can a partnership own more than 5 hectacres in the Philippines? The reason I ask is because the business we are planning will be large scale agriculture. Thank you so much for taking the time to do these videos, you are very much appreciated, Mike
