We've been here for 40 years. When we got here, winemakers were farmers. Farmers had their doors shut. Nobody shared anything, so the wine was a lot of the same. Burgundy winemakers travelled, and the world opened up. The winemakers started to want to share. They wanted to drink the wine from other winemakers. Eventually, the biodynamic movement took off, pioneered in Burgundy by Jean-Claude Rateau. Soon, Pascal Marchand came to Burgundy, made a name for himself and became a superstar of biodynamics. Now, it's everybody. Everybody's in transition to either have it on the label or practicing it. That is probably the biggest change.
