I should add, the Freehold having 11 flat and 3 commercial units and then selling 2 commercial units

What are taxes due if you have to sell a property as probate ?

If its in a company then corporation tax will be due. The probate is irrelevant for a company owned property as the probate is simply the shareholding and not the property.
