What Are the Warning Signs of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction ?

Great informative video. I'm 61 and I have several of those symptoms with low back pain, hip pain, internal pain in the pelvis that feels deeper than surface muscles. I also have increasing symptoms of erectile dysfunction different than from anxiety. I have times when I use the muscles at the end or urination or during an orgasm/ejaculation where it feels like the muscles cramp up at the base of my penis and the perineum but more deeper. It seems I should talk to my PHCP but... I have lots of anxieties and body dysmorphia so intimate personal exams are difficult. How does pelvic floor issues get diagnosed? If its from a physical exam, what does the exam involve? what is done during the exam?

@@RebalancePhysicalTherapy Thanks for your reply. I absolutely know that a diagnosis can not be done in this platform. I wasn't looking for a diagnosis, just information about what a physical exam be like for a men (or those with a penis) I know that can very depending on symptoms. I' just looking for what the typical things be during an exam and what some of the physical therapy could look like. Thanks again.

If i get an orgasm.(female)...i feel some kind of a block inside my urethra could be bladder back .im not able to pee afterwards it stays for 1-2 days intiially for 1 yr i got treatment for bladder neck narrowing..then now a new dr saying i have overactive bladder on both cases this post orgasmic tightness inside urethra or bladder neck is still there ....i dont have any issue in my vagina..pls help
