It's possible that for some persons in Pile 2 could be someone (undiagnosed) on the spectrum who's being stuck in 'loop thoughts ' unable to break through and find a solution. What they deem to be uncontrollable is probably sensory overload situations that they know have occurred even though they tried to 'mask' it.

Intuitively I feel in my situation with Brian my ex. it’s between pile 1 and 3 but I fear 2 and pray it’s not. Cause he’s told me he’s planning on visiting me soon possibly by this summer?
