As per my knowledge Waqf Board can't be sued in a court. But it has got the powers to order D.M. or Equivalent Authority to make a party to vacate land, plot building in 24 hours, which it thinks it is theirs,though the person has all the legal documents. It is a big fraud on the constitution of India.

सर मै ये जानना चाहता हूं कि जब मुस्लिम वक्फ बोर्ड का गठन ही 1954 में हुआ तब पूर्व में भारत पर आक्रमण कर हिन्दुओ से जबरदस्ती छीनी गई संपत्ति को कैसे मुस्लिम संपत्ति घोषित किया गया और इसपर मुस्लिम वक्फ बोर्ड का हक़ कैसे जायज है। क्यों कि इन जमीनों के असली मालिक तो हिन्दू ही थे। सही मायने में तो सिर्फ 1954 के बाद दान द्धारा अर्जित की गई संम्पत्ति पर ही मुस्लिम वक्फ बोर्ड का हक़ बनता है।
