Love the comments about Mucketplace. You're dead right and it's the same bad behaviour here in Canada. My favourite is offering some bit of junk free, you answer 340 "is it still available?" texts, wait for them for at least two no-shows over a few days, then they call and say "can you deliver it to city x?" which is 250 miles away! Only one good thing about Mucketplace - all the a holes are in one place! Cheers Steve.

It’s an 1800 mate. Should be a Waukesha in it but had a 6354 Perkins fitted, which makes it 1900 spec I believe? Something like that

Hi Kym yes mate that would be good. It will be good mate yes. I will tell Dave but it’s probably a 6 hour drive for him to get here just one way. I can’t afford big powerful trucks like his🤣🤣, but he works his also. I actually went down for the weekend and did the rear brakes and wheel bearings in that one when he first got it on the road.

Had an idea for that little truck, thought I'd put it here just in case you think its any good. What about doing it as a win in a raffle, if they win you keep it there, they buy the parts etc and you fit them and sort out the rust. I'd certainly buy a ticket, maybe do it around merch if it brings enough in, that sort of thing. I'd buy it off you in a heartbeat Steve if shipping wasn't 26 Thousand Miles and I had the cash to throw at it, would be a good project to improve my welding. Anyway, its an idea before it goes? I bet that show will be awesome.

It’s not a bad idea at all John. I just wouldn’t get the time to restore it unless I put everything else aside. I do like the idea though. Maybe something a bit easier though, like the grey Ferguson I have. Needs parts and work but can be a series of episodes as well as a giveaway. The trouble is I don’t think id sell enough tickets because I’m not sure much of my audience is in a close enough radius to me to ship it too once someone wins it? What you think mate?

I can well understand the time issue Steve and I was sort of thinking of it as an episode series thing as you said. If they won it, then maybe keep it at yours if like me it's silly miles away, maybe then, when suitable, adding it to your Take To Show list. The Ferguson or like would I fear, be a more realistic candidate if the idea was to materialise, as i have come to know here over the past few years, if it gets dumped here, its only gravity and bird shit still holding it together.

Found one by a dealer on Autotrader about 300mi, 6hr round trip. So mate called and arranged for Wednesday but dickhead said Thursday. Mate said OK. On Thursday mate told dickhead, he's on the way, coming from my area. 20 minutes away, mate calls dickhead with ETA only for dickhead to say he's just sold it!.🤬 Seems alot of people don't have decorum or integrity these days which makes decent people like you, mint as fuck.👍🏻 Can't wait for the Cummins episode.
