Probably one of the most hardworking readers around. Pile 1 resonated because of the team/ beehive element; I had a potential staff flake out on me after six months of courtship which she initiated; i.e. she looked me up on LinkedIn and insisted we interview her for a position with the company but decided not to continue after just one day with the company, and we have not started anything. I was listening to this a few days ago and at first I couldn't understand what 'toxic relationship or energy" was exiting my life. I chose piles 1&3 and they had some things in common for me, it has to do both with career. At the moment I indeed feel like I feel burnt out and have little or no energy left to give attention to the real dream I have for my career that I would love to do.
