❤✌💯I agree that the craziness of the mind prevents living now. Being completely identified with this ineffective and unsuccesfull mind/body, I find myself always regretting the past, fearing the future, being dissatisfied with present moment, and wishing that I was someone else, somwhere else. I see no value in the now, and living now seems like just a depressing hassel.

@@alienoverlordsnow1786 if you were not lost to the thought of being identified with what appears, what would be there? it can seem as though we get lost to the minds process thinking what appears is ours to fix or solve. but if the mind were left to be as it is, if it were left to regret the past, fear the future, be dissatisfied with the present moment. without “you” identifying with all those things that appear. what would be there? it seems like you share very beautifully what the mind is naturally doing, what the mind naturally does for every body/mind. and if it were zoomed out a bit and looked at. it would just be the mind functioning as it is meant to. all of that that seems to occur being ok. it would just be what is appearing right “now” the livingness that is right “now” and if that were so? what would that be?

Sometimes I find the "thought of non-duality" to be dizzying, unsettling, scary. But it's the thought that causes this, not the reality. If I had to walk on a straight line drawn on the floor, I'd have no trouble doing it without hesitation. But If I had to walk that same straight line on a tight rope stretched between two high up rooftops, I would be terrified. Same walk, but one scares me while the other is as simple as any other walk I've ever taken. It's the thought that scares us. The actual thing is nothing, easy , piece of cake. Funny, huh? some current questions I'm trying desperately to KNOW the answers to: 1) what is the real true root cause of diabetes? and how to permanently reverse it? 2) how is it that my whole life I have been "friends" with people I despise and loathe, and I believed that this was "normal"? 3) if LAW of ATTRACTION is really a thing? (an actual true "universal law"...) then why the fuck doesn't it work? my experience is the EXACT OPPOSITE of what the so-called "law of attraction" states. 4) how is it that people go to therapy and have life-changing healing experiences, whilst I've seen a million therapists who were ALL AWFUL, and all they did was further traumatize me? 5) how is it that I CANNOT for the life of me succeed in my field... while others that are FAR LESS skilled and talented and educated than me, are wildly successful in the exact same field? 6) how to really truly heal from life-long trauma and soul-rape, and a childhood that completely fucked me up?

@@RainFall-wz2yp all the minds best questions summed up in one perfect comment. and if that beautiful list started off as a statement to all of the things mind is trying to know. without personalizing every question, what would be there? the mind filtering, analyzing, processing no? the ‘problem’ seems to be that the mind computer gets personalized. the ‘problem’ seems to surface when we get lost in the processor, thinking it to be ‘our’ process. when it is just doing its job. the job of processing. if all of these questions were viewed as open questions with a billion different possibilities. what would be the potential of these questions, when not identifying them as your own?
