Biggest frustration? Why is Wood still sitting in Rochester? That and of course the bullpen.

1. The elephant in the room is this manager Martinez's pollyana-ish style when losing, he takes no responsibility - unable to establish a consistent winning by poor decisions on the bullpen use and staying with mediocre lineup. Without Scherzer, Turner and Soto, Martinez has not shown his ability to win consistently; 2. Wasting two roster spots by having Nunez seldom play and Rainey seldom pitching.

Number 1 most frustrating this to watch is how Davey handles this bullpen, he was in a pickle with who to throw last night because of how he mismanaged the previous 5 games and running through the whole A bullpen team

All I could think about was Miami and San Diego last year where he blew it…..I got so worried going in but I understood that it’s the only move but again…Harvey can’t shut a door

Sure it sucks when we blow leads but my biggest frustration (solidified after tonight’s game) is when the bats go silent for unbearably long stretches.

I'll complain! Why not.... 1) Rosario > Wood??? and they just signed another RIGHT FIELDER from the Rays.... What are we doing here guys?. We have a wild card spot! Do we not remember that we won the world series from the wild card spot??? In professional sports you dont just throw away a season because you "dont think you're good enough to win".... WE TOOK 2/3 VS THE DODGERS!!! We could win a series or two in the playoffs, and get these young guys some real experience under the lights. We need to do our best to compete NOW! And that actually includes calling up the best hitter in the entire organization!!! Better for his development as well. 2) Totally agree on the mishandling of Trey Lipscomb. This is a 23 year old who rightfully has a bad taste in his mouth from UNCLEAR and INCONSISTENT leadership. If I were him, the nats are unfortunately not an organization I'd want to play for! Sad, really. Rant over. Go nats. Please call up our savior James Wood. It's been waaaay waaaaay too long.

I'm not frustrated with this team. I'm ecstatic we are competing every night. I would love to trade for every stud out there. But the Nats need to be patient and they are. After the trade deadline we will see some youngsters promoted. Nats don't want to lose talent prematurely.

1. the fact that we are half way through the season hovering around .500, 1.5 games out of the wild card and management and the front office still don’t seem like they want to win. James wood is sitting in triple A for a guy who we will probably end up dfaing. This front office is too stupid and too cheap to realize brining him up changes the whole look of this lineup and makes it a whole lot scarier than having guranteed out eddie in it. 2. davey martinez and his soft mentality. he can never come out after a loss and just say “that can’t happen” or “ you can’t let a game like that slip away” ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY ON THE PLAYERS. And all he is doing is establishing a weak minded culture and makes it seem like it’s ok to lose and it doesn’t matter. i’m so tired of hearing davey after games like that come out and go “ well the boys battled hard” SHOULDNT THAT BE HAPPENING EVERYNIGHT YOUR GETTING PAYED MILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO PLAY A GAME. sorry for the long rant it is just so frustrating watching this team knowing we very easily could be 5-8 games above 500 right now if we had a front office and a manager that actually wanted to win.
