Gary, hi hi hi how are you. Happy after Christmas but happy Christmas merry Christmas to you. You know walking keeps you together. I’m doing yoga one two days a week and I walk a couple days a week. I need to walk every day but I don’t but I still work and I’m 65 years old.

Gary walking keeps her hips loose. It keeps your balance and lower stress. It’s good physically mentally everything for your body it’s good. It’s good to see you walking. I walk too, but I don’t get to walk as much as I need to. I used to walk every day well five days a week to take two days off, but I gotta start walking again And I don’t have any. I’m not tired or anything. I’m relaxed in every way so good for you good for you and happy holidays to you and enjoy enjoy I’ll see you or listen to you when you get back or whenever you get on here I love when you get on here and talk to us. I love it so I’ll talk to you when I get back all the audio in your last I said not for you for Tamara or Tammy was just awful. We couldn’t really listen to it because the audio was awful on her side just echoing it was just awful. I just finally turned it off. I’m not used to this so it just made me mad and I turned it off. I got a attitude but anyway merry Christmas merry Christmas happy new year to you. Can’t wait to hear you next week when you guys get back this week, but I’ve been listening to the radio station. I listen to it today. I listen to it TomorrowI know it’s pre-recorded but it’s still nice to listen to.

Merry late Christmas and Happy Early New Year. Gaaaaarrrrry, I would like for you make a New Year's Resolution to get your own show, podcast, or something. Gary with the Tea, get your own Tea Pot! The way that you be getting cut off during your segments is disgusting and it needs to stop. You don't be interrupting nobody else. But that interrupting... is way out of control. Get up, walk out, get your own tea pot and pour your own tea and the caluor of the day. There is no reason why you should be hanging / working around people that gives off the perception of totally disrespecting you for this long.
