Anytime theirs wood to ground contact theirs always going to be termites you can get rid of all of the mulch and trees and the home will be the only food source left termites follow a process called thermal shadowing the foundation of the home is moist and cool that’s were they breed plus they can breach from underneath the foundation through the expansion joint or settlement cracks in the foundation

Look for termiticides in Senegal maybe? If you're close to the river, you shouldn't use a product like this.

I forgot to mention that locating termites can be difficult. Home Depot should rent a twelve foot long drill bit, along with a camera.

Why would termites swarm at night as they are drawn to sunlight ,I doubt a streetlight would be enough to trigger a swarm but maybe I'm wrong about that

Different types of termites swarm at different times. Some swarm in the day after rain. The night swarmers often swarm on humid nights. Day time would likely be too dry for them. As for light sources, there are certain color spectrums that they & other insects like more than others.
