On my first play through I loved to use cloud piercer to stun her out of the attack during second phase (because I wasn’t used to the unbound parry)

I didn't even think of that tbh, I was kind of forcing myself to save my arrows to spend the maximum amount of time learning the moveset and then I'd incorporate them once I felt like I was comfortable with it... That blade beam move in phase 2 tested my patience pretty hard though lol

concerning that wave attack, i find it much much easier to time when you're close to her. that way you can time it by looking at her directly, instead of trying to time it by looking at the waves which seem wonky. you'll have to learn to time it a smidge earlier then though. though they maybe move at 2 fps to make them align with the hitbox, for that attack to be fair? i've got no idea good luck, you've got this! edit: lmao you tried staying closer 2min after i posted this comment, forget this then. i'd still suggest at least trying to stay right next to her, the wave reaches you immediately and you can parry just by remembering the timing pretty much!

I agree, can't help but still wish the waves just moved at a higher framerate, it just feels a little cheap they way they just kinda pop across the screen in such a disorienting way but oh well. Don't worry I figured it out and got the boss in the next segment (stay tuned for the VOD upload)
