Aquaward I’d recommend a normal adidas brand ball. Just the right amount of grip with smoothness to slide. Think about your shoes too.

Hey Becs, do i remember wrong, or did you sell the Style ball in the sizes 4.5 and 5 with the previous version? I tried to look at my ball but it's too worn out to see the number :'D Anyhow, I'm going to order a new one or the Control ball soon and was wondering if this previous one was 4.5 cause then 4 would be too small and I'll go with 5 :-) Thanks in advance and great video! Jacob Crosby if you're a beginner, you don't really need any special ball, stick to what you have at the moment because it won't make much of a difference, if any. If you're really set on getting one anyway and it's in your budget, the Control ball will probably be the best bang for your buck.
