Sir I got selected in SBI clerk 2018 and in the bio data form to be submitted it is mentioned that they require two character certificates one from previous employer or last attended college or school. My school is another state and my college principal and HOD are out of state on a conference. I am not working anywhere and I am a passed out in 2016 .So can I submit character certificates form two gazetted officers???
