Roughly 20% of black men voted for Trump in 2020. While 90% of black women voted for Biden (I couldn't find confirmation that 10% voted for Trump or others). If Trump could secure over 20%, across the board, Biden wouldn't stand a chance.

For example, LBJ was a racist, but he signed the 1964 Civil Rights legislation that removed many institutional racist policies that helped improve economic conditions for black people. The economy is always the biggest driver of politics, and whether it was a fluke or not, it was better under Trump. Plus, let's not pretend that Biden is any less racist than someone like Trump. Trump is even willing to work with black people in ways that are different from the same old Democrat pandering.
