I wanted to get all my ideas out on what Blizzard could do to fix Blood Necromancers in Diablo IV Season 4. I think these changes would bring blood up to par with other necromancer builds.

Yeah, I love the blood necro but this season it’s just to week, he have a lot of offensive aspects that seems most utility aspects, as done for the minion they should combine some of them to free space for some new actually multiplicative aspect, I like also your idea of gore quills in the skills tree, and as you said, the ultimate passive, but in general also the legendary nodes, we need something that can scale the damage, the bone builds have their ultimate passive, and also an aspect, the darkness have the ultimate passive and a legendary node that is simply incredibile strong and let the damage skyrock, the blood necro instead have a fixed 35% overpower damage, that it’s good, but not enough, and a passive that in some way let you do more damage, but not in a highter scale as the other. We have three aspect for blood lance, and the only one that give multiplicative damage only work for the first enemy you hit, and the others as you said don’t work as they should for be actually useful, we are getting almost only limitation 😢

They could help blood surge's single target damage a ton if they simply changed the description from "damage increased by 5x per enemy drained" to just "damage increased by 5x per hit". That would help so much.

Most of this could be solved by letting you temper uniques, you are using so many of them that you are missing out on a buncha tempering.
