I would watch them all only ESPN has something about that. I am not buying on a streaming service $100 for ESPN, when I have ESPN+ on Hulu that could be playing her games giving ESPN higher viewership. This rookie class causing more channels to watch WNBA is the only reason I am again getting to watch games. I just happen have all the other streaming ways to watch games just not ESPN , 2 and 3 but have plus.

I try to catch every Fever game. I'm a new WNBA fan due to Caitlyn Clark's accomplishments. I never heard of Diana Taurasi until I started watching the WNBA. I did hear of Brittney Griner because of her captivity for having pot in Russia. She was not too bright on her part, but she's home and safe, so that's a good thing. Griner is a good player! The exciting thing about the WNBA is that it is close, whereby on any given day, the winners might change. The Fever won this round and it will be very exciting to watch the next game between these two teams!

It's been brought to my attention by the accomplishments of a young lady called Caitlyn Clark. I'm also seeing how outstanding other players are in the WNBA! The point that has been driven home here is that the WNBA has been largely on an upward trajectory because of Caitlyn Clark. Yeah, all of her delusional fans who didn't know what basketball was a year ago. Honestly her fans are what make most dislike her. Always blaming her failures on others, claiming some racist plot, using sexual preferences as an argument, no awareness of the competitive nature of sports, all this victimhood when at the end it's just basketball

Reviewing the Fever schedule before the game: The youngest, least experienced team's first five games were against the two top teams - twice each - and the third best team once. No realistic expectation to win those. Disregard those (unofficially, of course) and the Fever would be 7 --7. The next stretch getting through that ridiculous early schedule, they faced those three teams five more times; call it 7- 2. Great win against a mid-level team. Now to win against those top three teams, as well.

Note to all Taurasi-bashers: Read her entire comment about Clark “Look, SVP, reality is coming,” Taurasi told SportsCenter’s Scott Van Pelt about Clark on April 6. “There’s levels to this thing. And that’s just life. We all went through it. You see it on the NBA side, and you’re going to see it on this side. You look superhuman playing against 18-year-olds, but you’re going to (be playing against) some grown women that have been playing professional basketball for a long time.” Taurasi continued: "Not saying (Clark’s skills) are not gonna translate, because when you’re great at what you do, you’re just gonna get better. But there is gonna be a transition period where you’re gonna have to give yourself some grace as a rookie.” She was correct. But I don't think she expected Caitlin's transition period to be a dozen games.

The assists stat is the difficult one. Double doubles with scoring and rebounds happen almost every game with post players, but you seldom see a double digit assist game.

While I can see some truth in your comment, I believe that Ms. Taurasi still has a lot in the tank to offer the WNBA. I'm not that quick to think that's it for her. Taurasi and athletes like her have paved the very long and hard road to notoriety in the WNBA. Diana Taurasi is a tremendous athlete!

The Phoenix Mercury's average attendance -- during their best season ever in 2023 -- was 9,197. For this game, they sold 17, 701 tickets. That's a "sellout," and the same attendance as the average Phoenix SUNS game. What else is there to say? I don't understand all you Caitlin Clark "haters" out there. She's clearly a basketball & media phenomenon...and it has NOTHING whatsoever to do with race. Tiger Woods revolutionized golf, and exploded the public's interest in the game. Is he white? Nope. Michael Jordan brought the NBA to all-time heights of popularity, and created -- all by HIMSELF -- the multi-billion dollar global sneaker industry. Is he white? I don't believe so. And why has Caitlin Clark captured America's imagination? It's because she shoots deep, logo 3-pointers, like the Golden State Warriors' Stephen Curry. Is Mr. Curry white? It doesn't seem like it. Ms. Clark's athletic charisma has NOTHING to do with race. The fans -- and the WNBA veterans -- need to let it go. To anyone who's played & watched a lot of basketball, it's clear that Ms. Clark can play.
