What do we have to make in order to buy a home for 1.5 million, first the down payment around 300k plus closing costs than the 1.2 million in mortgage. Now you're going to have to pay for every day living, so how much of an income do we need to have this dream of ours?

If you live in the property and are using a. conventional loan for this size property you woudl need a 10% down payment...if your using a VA loan its 0% down payment.
