The so-called juice seller was announcing 'prepared from milk.' However, the 'juice' you drank was actually a glass full of chemicals and commercially used colors mixed with water and sugar. In Karachi, milk costs approximately PKR 280 per litre, so a single glass costs at least PKR 70. Therefore, they can not sell a milkshake for PKR 10 per glass. You will get terribly sick by drinking and eating on streets in South Asia, especially the subcontinent. This food is only consumed by people who can not afford something more expensive than these things.
