4:48 technically, there's a couple of miliseconds "grace period" after all the lights went, where if a driver is moving, they consider it a false start as well, because they reckon a driver-car combination can't react that quickly to the lights going out. The Renaults of Alonso's WDC years were notorious for moving so fast there were questions if they actually moved legaly. Bottas has had a few reaction times close to that edge.
I knew that existed in drag racing but I never knew F1 considered it important enough to account for.

I feel there should be more of a distinction made between drivers breaking the rules or teams/team personnel breaking the rules, so speeding in the pit lane is obviously a driver's fault so the driver should be punished with a penalty, but an unsafe release is a team personnel's fault so it is the team that I think should be penalised not the driver. Maybe a fine and/or constructor's championship points reduction

If you cause an incident/accident on the track, you should have to immediately give up the number of positions you cost the other car(s). If said car(s) were forced to retire, then you should drop to last place before being permitted to rejoin the race. Otherwise, there’s not enough risk to prevent drivers from forcing other cars off.

Or star some debates in which the drivers have been sanctioned poorly or way to aggressive during races (past or present seasons). Thank you, and I hope you consider some of these ideas. :)

How about changing wrong tires during race? In Sakhir 2020 that happened to George Russell, he got Bottas' tires because of communication mishap. If the mix up isn't seen and fixed within 3 laps, a penalty is issued. In that case it was, no penalty was given. There was also another involving Bottas in Spa 2015, when during a pit stop he was equipped with a mixed set of tire compounds. He served a drive-through penalty.

I started thinking about this 2 years ago when Vettel got a 5-second penalty for cutting across a chicane and unsafely rejoining the track in front of Hamilton; Vettel finished ahead of Hamilton but finished P2 because of the penalty. What if, instead of such a massive penalty as 5 seconds in this day of super fast cars, make the standard penalty the be 2(P20-P1). For those not mathematically inclined, it's twice the difference between the times of the pole sitter and the car in P20. So, if Mazepin qualifies in p20 with a time 2 seconds slower than the pole sitter, the standard penalty for that race will be 2 seconds x 2 = 4 seconds. Instead of 10 second penalties, just quadruple the difference to 8 seconds. In other words, each race will have its own penalty times. That would be interesting.
