Iv been arrested and released on bail and haven't heard nothing for 3 months now . I thought thay have to charge you within 3 months ,I spoke to my solicitor yesterday and he said this could go on for the next 2 to 3 years of not hearing nothing not knowing if I'm going to court or no further action becaus of the back log in the courts. iv got this hanging over my head for 2 to 3 years worrying about what's going to happen. How can you have something happen and the wait 2 to 3 years before you get charged with it

I'm in exactly the same position my solicitor said the same The information Ive read says they can only bail you for 3 months But in reality they can do what they want I admitted the offence there and then By the time I get charged I could have gone court served my sentence and got on with my life The justice system is on the brink of collapse

Bailed with condition not to enter the entire county. Yet they want you to report on a certain day, at a ridiculously early time in the morning that one would have to stay over the night before. How does that work?

Donald Trump Sr, who served as POTUS from January 2017 for four years, also is a defendant like almost no other across US jurisdictions or anywhere else. The bail agreement in the Fulton County, Georgia election interference case against him. I believe is one of conditional bail, a big condition that he not intimidate a codefendant or witness he knows will testify in that trial. Whether former POTUS Trump, who for far too long has gotten away with thinking the rule of law doesn’t apply to him, will last much longer on bail remains TBD although there’s no doubt he has continued to threaten witnesses scheduled to testify against him in one of four criminal trials. Any prosecuting attorney who wants to see Mr. Trump put behind bars pending trial will have to prove the former POTUS should have to be incarcerated because he can’t be trusted just stop intimidating witnesses. Yet last week Arthur Engoron, assigned to preside over the civil fraud case brought by New York State Attorney General Tish James in the state governments, attempt to shut down the ability of the Trump Organization to continue doing business in that state, ruled that intimidating a member of said judge’s staff had been a step too far, and that Mr. Trump had needed to stop such intimidation or else.

My defendant approached my bail address which was accidently released to her by social worker, and dropped police paper work on which she did tell police case was all lies and she was forced by her family to go against me , so all the domestic abuse charges were lies, she was also shouting that she lied to police initially etc too. I am confused that if I tell police about her visit outside my property will it get me in trouble? I didn't communicate but was recorded it from inside of my home. Will CPS take her hostile victim? And can they still prosecute me? The only evidence police has is me admiting hitting on one occasion only.
