Another thing he can do is clean his window. I’m pretty sure the only way he’ll do that is if you throw a tomato at the window.

@@Muscovite_FF I tried to get him to do that while recording the footage for the regular state. However, if I threw the tomato at a window in another room, he didn't care, even if he went into that room, and when I threw it at the bedroom window while he was watching TV, he instantly started chasing me.

I've known about the whole going inside the basement door thing for a while now and still don't really understand what it is or why its a thing. at first I thought it was a bug, but he constantly does it in multiple house variations! (at least for me). so my guess is that its actually an unused idle task where he guards or leans against the basement door or somthing

That's quite an interesting theory! I would love to see that as a task, kind of how the baker guards the till in HN2.

​@@theincognitogameractually, something I've been testing over the last week, he does actually stand in front of the door in any house variant 100% like it is some kind of idle task and not only that but I think there's an unused mechanic too. if you take something off the basement door, take the key off from the nightstand, or use the keypad in some way, putting in the incorrect code or doing it right, or just pressing buttons on it at all when he's near, and then hide (in another room or behind boxes or furniture) he'll ignore you for a shot moment before going to the basement door and standing in it before going into hunt mode. he will do this whole thing if you do anything to get closer to the basement which is interesting to say the least. The pre alpha is so weird, from the completely different house that seemed to only be made for the one build, to the unused mechanics like leaning, the keypad, the neighbour setting up dynamic objects in rooms you go in a lot, him being able to hear items being thrown that isn't in any other build, to overall sense of unease you feel throughout it, the player shadow, the genuine horror of it, its easily my favourite build of the game and in my opinion is the closest to the kickstarter version of the game. God how I wish there was a full, finished game of the pre alpha It also just goes to show how much I love this build from the fact that I just spent nearly 30 minutes writing this from the neighbour walking into a door.

If I'm not wrong there's another pre alpha version that once tinybuild showed on how the AI works. And that build was more polished and here some stuff aren't really done that's why sometimes you see repetitive stuff/nonsensical. But it was an interesting video gotta say that

Try this thing when neighbor is watch tv 90% all of time : -distract the neighbor when he is watching tv - turn off his tv -pick up tv -when neighbor catches you, throw tv RMB+LMB -you hear the chase music and sleep few times -if you see don't see tv in room, you was do all right, now you can spying to neighbor.

@@HoogyProduction Ohh, that's cause I used the debug camera, which doesn't control your player, it's a camera completely separate to the player. If you have the modded version of the game, type "toggledebugcamera" in the console in the bottom left, press enter and you can fly around just like that
