I have been making yogurt for a long time following the instructions from different sources, but the instructions and temperature settings that Bassam recommended in this video yielded great results. Just documenting these temps for yogurt here for quick reference: Heat milk to 93 C or 199 F then cool to 47C/116F. Thank you

Amazing tried to Memorize : 72 Celsius then in an Ice bucket to 38.5 Celsius then add Rennie with salt diluted in water then cover for 10 minutes keeping the 38.5 Celsius

With vinegar , you can make Baladieh cheese , but not halloum .
