Ti's expensive to maintain grass in Kitengela. The heat is intense. Maybe the new owners will plant and maintain a lawn.

@@EmmanuelKisiangani Some houses uko have green lawns, including some you have shown here. Biodigesters with a recycle feature for the water could be a good solution for grass irrigation. Rainwater gutters with artificial ground recharge is another option. A roto tank definitely costs less than kokoto. Besides, developer should let that be owner's/occupier's issue really.
