I am a 12 year old girl who has possible severe constipation. Sometimes when I’m feeling anxious because of my constipation, that I’ve had for many years, I come to these types of videos and look at other peoples perspectives. It just gives me so much more knowledge and emotional support that I never knew I needed. I feel like I should be grateful for not having to hold in my poop for two weeks or so, but this has been a problem that I’ve had for so so long. I’ve never seen other people cry or vent about how constipation sucks for them except here. If I could go back and talk my younger self something, I’d tell her to go to the darn bathroom even if it hurts so bad. It was her choice that she did not want to poop, and now I am like this. I hope that one day I’ll be able to get rid of this and live a peaceful and healthy life. If you or your child or anybody you know is experiencing constipation, severe or not, give them emotional support and tell them to start becoming healthy. It’s helped me so much…I don’t want to hear anybody become constipated because of their bad habits because I have gone through that. Good day and I wish everybody luck on their journey to get rid of constipation.

- always salt your food with sea-salt, or salt with minerals (celtic, sea, pink himalayan etc). --- always make sure your gut acid is plentiful. i dont know how to do that but just make sure you eat sea-salt with every meal or take 6th of tspn once a day. Good to have= warm butter, ghee butter (buyteric-acid). Vit c(ascorbic-acid). Apple-cider vinegar, betaine from beets, pepsin to break down proteins. You can use all of them or even one, sea-salts the easiest one to get. Enzymes from fruits, veggys or raw foods in general, these things have high amounts of enzymes, especially pineapple, ginger and pappaya. if you cannot get them than try the supplements like papaya enzymes, pancreatin, bromelain, serrapeptase, etc. and eat them after or before a meal. if you're taking pharmaceuticals that cause constipation(no saliva production in mouth, throat, stomach, intestines etc), make sure to time your dose, take the enzymes or salt 10 minutes after your meds kick in, anytime before that your supplements are wasted in trying to get the saliva back on, you must take them after your meds kick in especially anti-depressants, anti-biotics and opiates. Once saliva production is up and running, your intestines will have the saliva flowing through again which makes digestion normal again. Digestive herbal teas(saliva production), are also great to use, you can use both or one, but the timing matters here. Good digestive teas, fennel, bay leaf, ginger, there are more. Have probiotics in the gut always, yogurt, kefir,or other fermented items are important in helping vitamins, minerals or nutrients absorb an pass. magnesium, no more than 1500 mgs a day. Have average amount of fiber in the diet. grapes and prunes are great as well

I'm still constipated and it's been going on for months the first it happend when my aunt made spaghetti that day and that's when my stomach started hurting and never pooped for days since the pain always happens when ever I tried. When I went to the hospital for difficult breathing after urinating I was told it was because i was dehydrated and my stomach was backed up. The only thing I drink was water but never eat for days after because my stomach was full so my mom and others at home told me I have to eat. Instead they gave me junk food and this made me lose trust in anyone at what tell me to eat cause when ever I do me my stomach starts hurting on my left side and can't digest it out. The only thing that helped was apple juice but they couldn't buy anymore. All this pain I'm going through makes feel suicidal.😵 and it gotten worse when my period came. Update: it's been months now so I'm fine.

Hi, there! It's me, Rain! I really love to see vidios like this, I really do! They're so informative and so helpful! I can actually remember once when I was around six years old, when I once was suffering from really bad constipation! It really hurt, and my tummy got really bloted, and I had a lot of trouble sleeping at night because it hurt so much! But, my mom said to eat more fruits and veggies, use a hot congress to get rid of my swollen belly, and just try to go to the toilet as often as I chould, and she said she was sure I chould do it, and it whould be gone vary soon, so I took her advice, and sure enough, one afternoon, I was playing in my room, and felt a squeeze, and knew I should try to go, even if it still really hurt, so I ran to the bathroom, pulled down my pants, sat down, and waited! I sat for a while, but nothing was happining, so I took a deep breath and tried to push! I pushed and grunted and grunted and pushed, but it was tough work! But, I wouldn't give up, so I barreled down and puuuuushed and puuuuuushed and puuuuushed, over and over, harder and harder, again and again, until at last it came out! I'd finally done it! I was so proud of myself, and it was a huge relief to finally get it pushed out! Rain.

for anybody suffering from this right now, i promise - you'll get better. i'm still recovering from my 3-week constipation case, but my stomach pain is very minimal now. one day, i woke up feeling better, then it kept improving from there. i slowly regained my appetite. just drink plenty of liquids (water or hot ginger tea is preferred, but absolutely anything will do: like juice), and try to eat, even if it's just a little. take some miralax to fix your digestive tract and to prevent your colon from absorbing too much water. though if your constipation lasts 4 weeks, or you've started vomiting, please see a doctor or go to the er to check for a bowel obstruction. help yourself, or get help.

I drank a glass of warm water every morning, water with salt, ate lots of fruit, massaged my belly, went to the bathroom 4 times s day pushing as much as I can, only used a little bit of Laxatives(when I say a little I mean like a little a little).

when I was about 7-10 years old, I experienced mild constipation were I would only go #2 about once a week or my poo would be really hard, lumpy, or bloody from cuts it made. It went away gradually so, by the time I was in middle school, I was fine. My sister recently turned 9 though and she is experiencing similar problems. I don't know why it happened to both of us because none of my parents had this, but I know one thing for sure, milk of magnesia will haunt me for life.

A considerable proportion of people can achieve a regular bowel movement by just doing an asian squat or even just by trying to asian squat. Of course eat plenty of fibre, drink plenty of water (but not too much) and see a doctor if symptoms persist. And please let others know this info as only a small proportion of people know about the asian squat's benefits in releaving constipation.

I think you should have talked about intestinal bacteria and how a lack of them can cause constipation too as can be the case with chronic antibiotic users as this is becoming a more common problem.

For anyone who have constipation, try grapefruit juice without sugar(not the processed one and have to be freshly juiced) or just grapefruit itself, that stuff is a lifesaver. Whenever i have constipation, my parents always give me grapefruit juice and i'll be better for about 2-6 hours. I'll drink about 200-300 ml of the juice or about 300-600g of the grapefruit.

I am.. I recently had an intense episode of haemorrhoids who led me to to the hospital they didn't do surgery because the doctor saw them and he told me they were hard but with time everything it will be better Im better now...I only have 1 that' doesn't go away it doesn't hurt or something but every single time I poop bleed a little bit its been like this for 3 months..probably in a future I will have to go to the doctor to remove it or make it smaller or something. if any of you guys are suffering from haemorrhoids do not use creams..just take 2 pills of Daflon ( it's a flavonoid so it will make the haemorrhoids which are basically inflamed veins disappear ) One after having lunch and the other one after you had dinner believe me it's going to be the best thing you do !!! forget about the creams

Hello everyone, I don’t know if anyone will be seeing this but I’m going to say something to you all. I came here today watching this video to learn more about constipation, which I’m actually going through right now. It’s been a while going through this rough condition and it’s horrible. The effects of constipation like Nausea, bloating and discomfort are just so annoying and bad. Trust me, you don’t wanna go through it. To be honest, I could even have chronic constipation at this point because it’s been going on for so long and some days I’m fine and some days I’m not but I could be insane and it’s probably not but I get panicked easily. I’ve been told medical advice and what I should be doing but for some reason, I feel like I’m not doing something right because sometimes I just struggle to poop and I just don’t. For the past 4 days, I have not had a single bowel movement. (Which is not right) I have been eating regularly and more since I need to because of my skinniness. I don’t really want to continue my story because it could just be too long, and I have a lot of things to talk about but I’m not going to continue. So I hope you all have a great day and I hope none of you are going though this. God bless you all, take care.

Huh. I've only ever been told that constipation is only due to dehydration and insufficient fibre, so I was so confused why it was still a chronic problem. It being affected by how your guys move makes a lot of sense.
@axed69252 жыл бұрын
I found out the reason my self for why I was constipated for so long and just pooping every 5-6 days. I was not chewing my food properly, I just chew them a few times and then I immediately swallowed it. It was my fault. Now everything is finally fixed and now I poop everyday because I now chew my food a lot. Eat slowly guys! You may be eating too fast which causes you to be constipated.

For more than 6 years I have had problems with digestion. I have taken so many medications and various treatments, nothing has helped, antibiotics, prebiotics, natural remedies, chemical everything that is in the world, nothing has helped. Also, because of the drugs, other organs and joints start to hurt. In the end I found a problem. The problem was in my swallowing food, because of which the unchewed food could not be digested and caused severe pain. Thank God, now everything is more normal and began to gradually recover.
