Chilli's father had a lot of excuses, but the worst one was when he said that he gives attention to the weak ones because he knows that she and Hassan were ok. Hassan clearly was not ok when their father didn't call or show for dinner. Their father does not accept responsibility for his actions. He's a blamer, and he dodges the truth.

All BS aside, when you are in your 40s and you want a child you don't really have much time. A child at 40 is not getting out of the house until you are in your 60s. Of course all this was a waste of time being that she is still not married or pregnant and she is going to be 50 next year. 70 year old parent incoming? Yeah i agree i'm the same way i don't think she means to be overwhelming, but she has everything worked out in her head what she wants in life and i think she told him all that stuff so he will know what she wants, but not everyone has their lives planned out like that.
