Well don’t. Because if you don’t choose a class that you like, you are gonna want to swap every time you get demolished by other classes. If you can get to 300ap 370dp, every class you play is gonna be God tier. Just give a second think on potionhog classes like Striker, ranger ext. With or without infinite potion for them are Heaven to Hell. And infinite potions are no easy to grind.

You could be picking Striker, Ninja, or Wizard, some of the most op classes in the game depending on what you're doing (Striker PvE, Ninja 1v1, Wizard large scale obviously) and if you don't put in the time/don't enjoy the class, none of the op factors of the class are going to matter. People who've played Ninja for a month and don't enjoy the class are going to look like doo doo compared to people who've played Ninja religiously since launch because they enjoy it.

Remember if you want to see what your late game looks like, trial makes a lvl 60 of said class but it's a day for deletion! There's no main healers however witch/wizard and Shia do have healing for more than yourselves. Also witch is just broken in group pvp lol

Good overview, but I'd at least give Hashashin an honourable mention, probably would have put it on Novas spot. Hash has one of the best high-end PvE clears, great 1v1 and smallscale potential with the possibly best catch ability in game, and still does work in large scale. Not playing it myself, but I think it's a vastly underestimated class on EU!

Awakening Hash is crazy. Lol. Amazing 1v1, great clear like you said, and even in large scale it still works. The only downside to it is the high learning curve. But AWK Hash literally has a grab they can cancel if they miss. Hash is like At least A+ tier overall, A+ PvE, A large scale, S+ 1v1.

Most people in this game say "my class weak" so that they don't get nerfs, or because they're playing the class in the spot that's the worst area of the game for them, or they just fucking suck.

I legitimately love Nova, largely because I'm a big fan of "Gish" classes, which is a D&D term for a hybrid melee-range fighter/wizard; i.e. a class that uses both weapon attacks and spells. I really enjoyed playing Dark Knight back before they totally ruined her, but the Awakening Nova just feels like an upgraded DK: better damage, better mobility, better sustain (both HP and MP), better protection, better CC, and even the ability to fall back to a "tank" stance when necessary. My only complaint about Nova is that she feels like she is missing Flow skills in Awakening. It's hard to transition between baseline and Awakened skills, and even the combos can be a little clunky within a stance. I keep waiting for them to release a handful of Flow skills to help with those problems. That aside, she's a blast to play and has the perfect balance of a reasonable skill floor and a high skill ceiling.

hard AF, the worst part is her protected skills and s. the game is too inconsistent so u will be CCd on s and "protected skills" even running the game on optimal 244hz u gonna be CCd every freaking time. i played her for 2 years and PA never fix her, many issues on the class ngl. if u wanna some mobility, glamour and 1shot ppl i strictrly recomend sorc or ninjas dk is nice and fun if u gonna play pve but actually any other class is better than her for pve and pvp.

valk awaken is very outdated yes, i mained a valk for years and i must say ever since mobility was nerfed across the board i can't play her, uninstalled and took 2 years break from the game. Succession is ok (i can't play it cuz too mad and salty how the animation cancels were changed on the shield throw compared to the regular), dmg is insane, but you need that dmg to finish people, because if you don't good luck catching more mobile classes, basically all of them except shai, unless your opponent has no brain and decides to be near you without full hp. I started over from scratch as a Nova, grab is super slow, succession feels very underwhelming compared to awa, the best big dmg awa skill has too long cooldown, but other than these small details the class is very fun to play. For new players I mostly suggest lahn as the class awa feels very nice and super super fun early levels, god of war with tiddies and without beard, awa falls of pve rly hard later on, but most players don't even get there.

Sorc needs buff.i dont want to play sorc anymore because only cartian and gream reaper damaging. Almost all of their preawak abilities are 0 damage.Don't waste time on it ,also it's hard to play. I suggest you play with these characters : Succ wizz,Succ valkry ,awak-Succ Striker and 1v1 class warrior . Kisses 😘

Ive been playing BDO since its launch and i need to know what the hell changed that made Wiz & witch #1? I picked Wiz cus it was a magic caster at launch and stuck by it and stayed with it. The videos back then all said wiz and witch were only good at PVE and large scale PVP for their PA. What the hell changed? You can tag all your gear to another class now from your main. So essentially there's an item copy feature after tagging that allows you to have your main gear on the character you tagged. So you can main at least 2 classes at once now.

Got valk (succ) and discovered the strongest melee class at very low investment in the game. You can definitely get good at striker. Most classes in the game have a really high skill cap because of the weird mechanics BDO has. It's just, striker's skill cap would be lower than say a sorc or warrior, but still pretty high.

@@Sourballen Well for me I would say that succession Nova is probably the lowest and Awakening Warrior or Awakening Berserker are the highest. The reason for Nova being so low is how slow the skills are and the lack of animation cancels. If you want proof for the two highest, check out McHands on KZbin for Warrior. I'm not sure about Berserker content creators, but fighting them in game showed me how crazy they can be. Hope that helped. :)

@@Sourballen Awk zerk/succ warr/tamer have insanely high skill ceilings, where as witchards are probably the lowest APM in the game since half your skills you can just hotbar them instead of using clicks, e, f and c - Striker is farily easy to learn, as a sorc main i picked it up in 30min or so - definitely possible to pick him up in a single day for most players.

I'm actually starting BDO all over again brand new on console since my PC died and I'm looking to start with the most efficient "OP" class to catch up in progress as soon as possible so your list helped me out with making a choice. A question I have though: what do you think about Lahn? And what would be your 6th place? Before watching this video, I had made up my mind on Lahn just by hearing about how efficient it was at grinding both low level and high level areas and with a lower gear requirement. I had also read about how decent they were 1v1 with their broken grab.

Wizard - damage king ( the biggest oneshot spell in the game ) Witch - high dps Utility king arguably one of the most flexible classes, due to powerful magic, range and healing and evasion Shai - Life skill king, not a big hitter but also has heals ( carry-weight bonus, which is VERY useful endgame trade and crafting ) Nova - what the Valkyrie wishes it were. Guardian - Big ass big axe, prettymuch defines the class, a simple and effective bruiser. Sage - the new flashy shiny thing, for people who must be the latest meme.

What I can say I hate about wiz,witch is grinding. I would need to reroll my skills or switch between pve and pvp skill preset when grinding. Need to activate full pve preset to be efficient and when someone wants to duel for spot I would need to switch to pvp preset again because pve skills got very little protection,its a pain in the ass that's why I rerolled to other class.

Just pick a class you enjoy and play a seasonal character. If you play a seasonal character you'll get a character to PvP ready status much quicker than you would otherwise.

@@therebelofchaos1674 only play it if you're not full tet yet or 550gs with kutum. If you're below, it's 100% the best thing you can do in the game
