Technically, "B&M Track" is actually more accurately known as Giovanola Track. B&M originally outsourced their track fabrication to Giovanola. They only started making track in-house after Giovanola went under.

The Reverse Freefall Coaster's side friction wheels are actually found underneath the car along the center. A thin metal rail placed in the center of the track runs between them to keep the car from moving side to side.. The Road wheels and Upstop wheels run along the top and bottom of the outside edge of the surface of the running rail. If you take a close look at Superman's tower you can see the center rail.

How to distinguish 3-tubed Intamin track with Gerstlauer and Mack track: Gerstlauer's beams that join the lower spine do not join with the rails directly: they join the crossties. Also Gerstlauer's crossties are much closer to each other than Intamin's. Mack: almost the same as Intamin except that the diagonal round crossbeams are squished at the edges. Intamin's are completely round. Also Intamin sometimes uses squared supports unlike Mack and Gerstlauer and the trains are different.

Still, I find especially Intamin Blitz model coasters and Mack double launched coasters extremely similar at first look.

At that point, it's better to just identify the trains, since they all have distinct styles. Gerstlauer and Intamin use the same plant for their triangular track. Mack has their own track manufacturing plant.
