This is what I love about this show, so many great stories and wonderful people that share their love of older tractors and their passion for the original condition. Steve and Drew are some really nice folks. Thanks for sharing!

They were not made for the NC Department of Transportation; they were made for the NC State Highway Commission. NCDOT didn't coming into being until 1973. And the NCDOT emblem is therefore incorrect. But all SHC equipment and trucks were brown at one time. The equipment number on the one tractor is a nice touch though.

Deere are suppose to be green and yellow!!!! Yellow for industrial!!!! I WOULD NEVER PAINT EM BROWN!!!!!!😠😠😠😠😠😠😠 brown equals rust. AND I HATE RUST!!!!!!!!
