Yea, 960 is either for high grade cat 2 or low grade cat 3. I think it was somewhere around 923 mb

@@blue3ights616 I've heard of cat 4s with 960mbar min pressures before, usually you see something like that with a rapidly intensifying storm that is very small in size. Almost always a pinhole.
