Great Reaction. First of all no we don’t sit around saying that word. If anything it makes most of us uncomfortable even when black people say it. Love that you got the message that we are all the same and they want us pitted against each other. If not skin then they will separate us in another way.

You can't speak for all of us, only yourself. If it makes you uncomfortable to hear a black person say it, you're a bit of a bitch. You're also not particularly accurate in saying THEY will separate us in another way. We separate ourselves naturally, we always have. The government/MSM just give us an extra push or point out more areas to where we can divide each other. For the most part, people like to be around those who they have something in common with. Their culture, their faith, their hobbies or interests, etc. We aren't dividing ourselves out of hatred for the other group, we do it because we simply have more in common with those we choose to be around.

I’d have to disagree. I think most white people say it when listening to a rap song and or it crosses their mind when in a argument with a black person. We can’t sit here and act like there isn’t some truth to what I said. The key is in the context but white people shouldn’t say the word out of respect for black people. It’s the same way you don’t call a Mexican a “wet back” cause it’s derogatory.
@Swearengen1980
@Swearengen1980 11 ай бұрын
@@zachariah1990 I call bullshit. No one cares about calling a German a Kraut, the Irish are still called Mics, we still use several different names for Italians that are derogatory. Bitches like you revolve all your opinions around white people and not the actual context. Well fuck that. We are ALL subject to the shit regardless of race, that's real equality for you, sport. To further prove the hypocrisy, I guarantee you that you agree there's a difference between white trash and the average white person. Everyone does. It's highlighted in tv shows, movies, etc. all the time. The same applies to blacks. You have the average person who happens to be black and then you have N*****. As a 40ish year old black woman I worked with told me when I was a teenager, as the person she was talking to left, "Now that there is a n*gger. Listen here kid, a n*gger is nothing but a low down dirty piece of shit, I don't care what color you are". I'll admit, country blacks are different though. Black folk in rural areas will be the very first to shit on city blacks for a variety of reasons.

Love y'all's reaction. I'll tell you as a white girl that grew up in the hood.... I experienced a lot of racism. I had friends from all walks of life but going to school and having to walk a mile, I was called every name of the book just because of the color of my skin. In this day and age. It breaks my heart. What happened to black people in the past But now and this day and age there is racism from all walks of life. And I hate when people say that you can't be racist against white people because I was hated on just because of the color of my skin and my best friends were black. I never saw color until I got into middle school and was hated on because of the color of my skin. I was the minority in my school because of the area I lived and felt singled out and hated on without anybody even knowing who I was. I remember walking to the school bus and this black guy was following behind me and I kept turning around and finally I turn around and I asked him if everything was okay because he was coming so close to me and as soon as I asked him that he punched me in the stomach and I could not breathe and he called me a cracker ass bitch and ran off. That broke my heart. I didn't understand why he hated me without even knowing me. But I also see where other races come from from the prejudice they experience. I just wish we could all unite and stop judging each other because of the tone of our skin that is just complete bullshit. I've got my friend Monique. That's been my friend since we were eight years old and I'm 43 now and she is as she says" black as the ace of spades lol. She's an incredible human being and I'm just grateful I wasn't a person that judged people because of the color of their skin

Im a white man married to a black women and she calls me that from time to time, but even though she gives me the "Pass" I tell her no thanks im good. I grew up country, and we where taught manners and not to ever say that word. Im sure people would call me Redneck, and I get it, seeing me in my truck with my baseball cap and flannel shirts, going to shoot my guns at the range, I guess I would fit some stereotypes. So I cant get mad if someone labeled me hillbilly or redneck. Its just the world we live in I guess. I pray for anyone with hate in their heart that they find peace in the end.

@@donkeykong2.0 - I’m not afraid to say the n-word, I choose not to say it because I think it’s ignorant to use a word that was used to degrade a group of people … just as I think it’s also ignorant for black people to use when addressing each other. Wanna know what’s really confusing?? The fact that black folks allow Asian, Hispanic, and other minorities to use the n-word with impunity even though those other ethnicities were never in that struggle. Even more bizarre is hearing black folks call white folks that name. Like, there’s no rhyme or reason, no logic or rationality with it. It’s one of those things that would be nice to go back in time and “un-invent” (like nuclear weapons).

@@theflipper404 that's completely normal, the word nigga is a huge part of american culture and people of all races say it all the time. idk if i've ever heard it said in an offensive way, when people wanna be offensive they end it with er. the fact we let them take away the "f slur" is also super cringey and most people i know still say it. the way we let white liberals who know nothing outside of their rich gated community ass culture tell us what words we can and can't say is pathetic. the idea that any word should be treated differently than the rest of language is incredibly stupid but we've been propagandized for so long we just believe it like lemmings. no word has meaning outside of context, every word, even the ones we've been told are the worst, are completely dependent on context.

Great reaction. As a kid, my mixed group of friends of many races and colors threw it around with many meanings, regardless of race/color. Mostly replacing "dude", "homie", "guy over there", etc. The only time I recall it being used negatively was one white guy fighting with another, nothing to do with race. I don't censor myself in songs or books, but don't say or use it in conversation, nor do I care to. I do, however, absolutely think that if anyone feels that a person can or cannot say a word because of their race/skin color, THEY meet the definition of a racist. It's either ok for everybody or ok for nobody.

Baggy pants started in the Hispanic community when parents bought their kids jeans several sizes too big so they could wear them for more than one year. They wore a belt though. It originated mostly in Los Angeles and spread. Then it spread outside the Hispanic communities as a fashion statement as people wanted to copy the style. Remember scrunched up crispy wet looking hair on girls? That started in the Hispanic community as well and spread out, same with outlined lips in a different lip liner color than lipstick color. So people liked how it looked. Then both Hispanic and black youth in Los Angeles kept wearing the pants baggy like mama bought them back in the day but started pulling the pants low instead of wearing them high up like she wanted. Again it was a fashion statement and the rest of youth culture soon followed and the rest of America. Right with L.A. is skateboard and surf culture so the baggy pants with your underwear showing spread in like 30 seconds to everyone up and down the state and was not a gang thing, it was a youth thing. Even though people interpreted it as a gang thing because they first “saw” it in Los Angeles. (Like hello that was where tv and movies were filmed and there was not social media so who knows the truth!) Fashion is cyclical so I don’t knock anything or make fun of hairstyles or clothes. Everything was cool once and it will be cool and/or retro again one day. Now the youth of the 90s has grown up and some have either continued to sag their pants OR they grew up and dont sag their pants but their children are teenagers and are re-discovering the 90s and are bringing 90s fashion back. My 14 year old son dresses like the skater boys in the movie Clueless which is from when I was in high school and my 15 year old daughter wears baby doll shirts and courderoy wide leg pants. Both think they invented these looks. I can’t wait to find high school photos of me and my friends and freak them out.

You are assuming your perspective is the only correct one. Unfortunately, it appears you are a bit myopic in your understanding. Do a little research...or a lot...and you will see trends repeating themselves over and over in different groups. Very little in popular culture was "invented" by that modern culture, only rediscovered and repackaged. That's just how it goes.

I am a 52 year old white conservative southern male. I don’t know anyone who says it that looks like me and if they did I would check that shit. Most men raised in the south like me understand how the system screwed blacks. Now in the 80s the south had some issues. In the 6th grade I got invited to church down in Pawleys Island South Carolina for vacation Bible school so naturally I wanted to bring my friend so I did. Them scumbags would not let jimmy who happened to be a different shade than me in the church. I called my mom and she picked us up and told them clowns they serve the devil not GOD. The kid who invited us did not go in and his family left the church. That was my first experience with seeing how f up the world is. That had a huge impact on me that I have kept for life. I can’t imagine how Jimmy felt. He was my buddy all the way through high school. We lost touch when I joined the military and moved away from myrtle beach. With all that being said does racism happen in 2023? unfortunately yes because hate never dies in someone who is lost. I can honestly say the people I know don’t say that word or have any desire to. We all are just trying to make it so who cares about freaking skin color. The GOD I serve is from the Middle East so I doubt he has pale white skin like me but that’s has nothing to do with why he came down to save us. If you don’t like someone because their skin you ain’t going to the heaven my GOD tells me about in his word.

I just stumbled across yalls reaction to this song. I know I'm 8 months late but when yall asked do use white dude say it around our friends, my response is yeah we do but most of my friends are black and white and we all call each other that. We all know we just bs around and we all got the respect for each other and love each other like brothers. Great video yall, stay blessed and thank yall for seeing the meaning behind the video which like yall said is the stereotypes, yall are amazing and keep up the good work on these videos

I'm from the DEEP South and I'm 45. I went to a School were it was about 50/50 white and black. We NEVER Said the N word around each other or at school. It was a Respect thing. I will say I live in Ohio for the past 14 years their is 100% more RACISM here than in NC, SC or GA. SAD I thought the North wasn't as Bad as it is. The things I have heard up here would NEVeR be said in the South EVER.

Just found y'all. Straight genuine reaction. Old White dude here. My experience is the only ones sitting around with slurs in their mouths are the ones that are so focused on color, that they see nothing else. When I was young, I said it all the time. But I was the only white boy around. Almost all of my friends were black. I ate dinner with black families. I dated black girls, walked around the projects, and only wore certain colors. If I didn't know you, I watched you... That's black or white. Good people are good people and trash is trash. Hope that makes sense.

Well tbh the only reason anybody in Adam Calhoun corner asked to have this played first is because he says "Nigga" it's more of an opinionated ask but I understand they want to get the quote problem song out the way. I say that because think of it this way yes he has alot of dope music but 90% of his fan base is white so they make a point to have the song played with the word nigga in it to just get that song out the way and get the reactors opinion.

No! Pants too big because when you are poor your mother buys your jeans two sizes two bigs because jeans last forever no matter how many times you wash them. Then she just tightens those jeans up around your dang armpits and cuffs up the pant legs. In jail after they search you, they take your belt so you do not hang yourself or strangle someone with it. Then you have to walk with your hand behind your back but trying to hold up your jeans that are too big but you don’t have a belt. That why they sag. That’s why they look like that in jail, not because they want it in the bootie Ignorant jerk You know a lot of people go to jail right? Drunk driving? Unpaid parking tickets? Warrants? Pre-trial arrest? So don’t act like your so better than other people
