The Lawyers and the courts are looking at things this way (per Buzbee): Victim.....were there, and it happened, and you did not want it to happen or were drugged/drunk and it happened. You did not go back for more. Participant: you might have been a victim, but, you went back and participated again and again for years. (As Usher did, as Bieber did, as others did)...Victim card is out of play for the years of participation. Perpetrator: the one (one's)that are taking advantage of victims (Diddy, JayZ, Beyonce, etc) Enabler: Usher could be an enabler as well as a participant, as could Bieber if he EVER took someone there like Usher took him there and things happened to that person. Facilitator: you helped put together the venue, provided money, helped make the venue possible Sorry, but people like Bieber and Usher WERE victims, and became Participants, and Enablers. Usher took Bieber there knowing what was probably going to happen. Please be mindful of being judgmental of deities from other religions, before you have any knowledge of them, Oxum is all about love, starting with self love. Obviously people can call on any deity and try to use them for mal intent, but whatever dark work B is doing I don't believe Oxum would be the deity to be used in evil workings, she would be useful however in making yourself more attractive to others & those type of things, she would be more the equivalent of Aphrodite in Greek mythology, not an evil deity at all.
