Hey so the next thing i would try with the Iphone 7 is to buy a second hand s7 used phone and swap the iternal motherboard and you could track down the owner and try to get the video and pics from the motherboard for the person. And keep the parts for the next Iphone 7 you find and do the same thing. And you could do that with every phone.

The Coors can is probably early 1970s. Coors was a pioneer in moving away from pull tabs, so that can is mid 1970s at the youngest. When I was running a lot I would eat tomatoes after a workout. Lots of good nutrients and water in them. They seemed to help me bounce back faster than anything else.

As a diver myself I always found fresh cut pineapple to be the best and I'm not talking about what comes in a can. Some of my dive trips to the Caribbean they had plates of this for us during our surface interval. Pineapple is packed with nutrients, antioxidants and other helpful compounds, such as enzymes that can fight inflammation and disease.
