Yes it’s been a record year for how late it’s taken for Fuji to get snow! Not sure if it even has any now!

10:34 The name of the town chime song is “ Fuji no Yama ” The lyrics of the melody are "Fuji is the highest mountain in Japan" It's an old song that we learn in elementary school. Mt. Fuji appeared in all its glory as if to welcome your father and mother🥰

Oh we love leaning about the town chime!! Thank you for adding more meaning to it!! Fuji San definitely welcomed our parents! 😍

Watching you enjoy Japan makes me love Japan all over again. Thank you very much! By the way, here are some recommendations for souvenirs that you can buy at Japanese supermarkets. Freeze-dried food miso soup💓 Amano Foods is outstanding. I like eggplant best👍✨ It's bulky, but lightweight, and it doesn't matter if it gets squished! And, Japanese-made nail clippers are easy to use and well received. For a simple design, MUJI is a good choice at an affordable price🎵

7:54 Japan is a strange country. While Mt. Fuji is seen as the epitome of harmony with its perfect form the cities are a mess. Just look at all the concrete, lack of nature and free swining powerlines and whatnot. I always felt like in an industrial complex instead of a livable place. I think the Japanese flee this situation by caring for their plants in flowerpots in front of houses. This is all a consequence of the dense population and the mountainous landscape. Which in itself is very pretty. While I felt pretty comfortable in Japan this urban environment was a thing I loathed.
@Mwoods22724 күн бұрын
Japan is not a great country. Way too many problems and they are racist.
@OurStorytoTell4 күн бұрын
Yes we do love seeing all the potted plants and produce in the front of their houses. It's interesting because there is a lot of nature in Japan, but people definitely stick to the cities compared to all the other land available.
@V100-e5q4 күн бұрын
@@OurStorytoTell AFAIK the available land for settlements is pretty limited. And what is available is used for agriculture. Japan has a 50% larger population than Germany and much more mountains. So having major cities with masses of inhabitants is an unavoidable outcome. Imagine to have an American style urban spread around Tokio!
