I love healthy fat beef, It definitely helps my keto and fasting lifestyle. Vegetarian and vegan actually are eating cattle feed, like from grains, wheat grass, alfalfa, and other not meant for human consumption.

Find out how much longer it takes to finish them out and how much it costs to feed and house livestock that way. People say that they want this and won't pay more for the finished product. And hat's off to you if you are already trying to make the difference.
