please correct me if am wrong. but you are mixing financial analyst to very junior investmnet bankers who called analyst. also, I have not seen that many financial analyst role with such a high starting salary. this seems to be more for investment banking analyst. so i am very confused. any help to clarify this would be much appreciated.

hi, are the financial analyst and investment banking analyst the same things? I'd appreciate some clarification. CFA is not really advised for investment banking so I am very confused.

Yeh CFA is most for portfolio management. That being said , completing it does show commitment when the role is based at an IB but tbh more accounting skills would be useful for a FA role
