Virtually every small town to large city in the U.S. has a ham radio club. That would be a great place to start. You can probably google ham radio or amateur radio “near me” and find one. If that fails, a local high school science teacher type might know. I think there’s a national registry of clubs but the name of it escapes me right at this moment. Maybe someone reading this will know and pass it on. If you aren’t in the U.S. then I really don’t know other than the google suggestion.
