What do judges do in court? The UK courtroom has lots of different roles involved in it during trials. At the head of it all is the judge. Judges rule over both civil and criminal trials, and they have a very important job.
In civil trials, judges simply listen to both sides of the case and then apply the law to the facts to try and come to a decision. Judges will also help the parties work together to come to a resolution between them.
In criminal trials, things are a bit different. In the UK, we have a jury in our criminal trials. This means the judge has to control the proceedings inside the court. Their job is very important to make sure the case remains fair and just. Judges can determine what evidence is and isn't admissible, as well as advising the jury on the points of law they need to know in order to return a guilty or not guilty verdict.
How to become a judge? Most judges are previous practicing barristers or, more recently, solicitors. Judges have a hugely important role in upholding the laws of the country.

I have a civil that’s been going on since 1995 and it’s 2023 and I’ve had no closure because these 5 judges who have sided with a housing association called Wandle Housing Association on allegations that I made threats to kill towards a woman, being in possession of a dangerous weapon and criminal damage to this day there has been no evidence of me committing such crimes , the housing association used another tenants criminal record to bring me to court and tell me that I’ve committed these crimes and these useless judges couldn’t be bothered to look into my background but took the bait and put them selfs in a fucked position. These 5 District put me in a situation where the housing Association tried to have me murdered by the same man whose criminal record was being use in Lambeth County from 1996-2015. The worst thing about this situation is that I’ve worked around these judges for 20 years while these 5 judges have told me I’ve never worked in my life🤬🤬🤬

All internet cases dont work because laws are related to porn connected to coming from samsung devices is legal from ibm is illegal and mac book the case will move to a higher court

If you smoke marijuana in Victoria at all within 1 year, don't bother diving unless you feel lucky. So if you need something to help you. Take alcohol or crack or pharmaceutical drugs then you can drive after the drug wears off. Just don't take marijuana as you are unsafe or dangerous to drive for up to 1 year🙉
