i have been a muslim over a week and words can not explain what i am feeling. i love Allah the lord of all that exists he has given me something better than life itself guidance. what is life without knowing who is the creator? i ask all my christian brothers and sisters to pls look into Islam and beware of the media.

Even as a Christian, that is what I consider myself, I still have a hard time thinking that Jesus indeed was crucified. In fact, I go as far as to say that he wasnt crucified, but Jesus was saved by God. This is found in an early Christian writing called, I believe, The Gospel Of Thomas, but sadly, not found in the Bible. All of what Jesus did, his miracles, were in fact given to him by God, to show to his people he indeed is a messenger of God - that is what I believe about Jesus, the Christ

I am a Christian. I respect what ever the Muslims believe about Jesus. in fact Islam and Christianity is very similar. We have the same God. In what I've discovered the people belief was split when God appointed Abraham (Ibrahim) in His covenant. Now! the only thing that we should be aware is the kind of life we live cause God someday will judge us according to it. God never wanted humans to be devastated but by human desires the world became away from Him. We should have the unity. not war, debate or any negative thoughts. God bless every one!

This seems to be the most realistic religion to me, as it undoubtedly portrays Jesus as a prophet but doesn't turn him into some kind of superhero who can walk on water and raise the dead. He was a great prophet, but not the "son of god", nor the last prophet. He was one of a great lineage of prophets to God, and he gave his life to speak out for what he believed in.

Muslims believe that prophet Muhammad is the greatest messenger of Allah, whilst also have deep respect for other prophets. Muslims also believe that Quran is the word of Allah. Muhammad's words were recorded in and known as hadith. Jesus is mentioned in Quran more than Muhammad

Thank you, that was very informative. But I am confused. If Jesus didn't die on the cross, then does the quaran believe that he was resurrected on the third day, and do you believe in the later teachings of Jesus, up until his ascention?

Do you believe that God can be circumcised? Tempted by the devil? That he can be born and die? That God prays (to whom and what for?) That God doesn't know when the end of this world will be? That "God" can cry out to God (which one?) while being crucified by his own creatures? This is what the bible says about Jesus (PBUH). Real christians worshiped the God Jesus himself prayed TO. Which was logically not him. But I guess the worst blind is the one who doesn't want to see...

Listing to this lecture from SOUTH CAROLINA! Didn't realize Br. Joshua was from Greenville, very cool ma'sha'allah. Had the opportunity to educate a Christian lady, who was very understanding, about some of our basic but sometimes unknown beliefs about Isa (A.S), including the fact about his second coming. It was a really nice chat. Insha'allah, I gave accurate knowledge to her. We just need to talk and be open.

I think that "The God" = "Al ilah" Allah is from the word "alaha"(past) "ya'alahu" (present) which means seeking refuge. We seek refuge in Allah and Allah knows best

prophet Jesus (pbuh) was chosen by Allah to give the Message to worship one God (gospels) but they have been changed so prophet Mohammed (pbuh) was chosen by Allah to correct what had been changed giving us the last revaluation the Quran. The words of the Quran are NOT prophet Muhammed (pbuh) they are the words of God.

Dear Abraham, 1) Prophet Muhammad is the LAST prophet sent by God to mankind. However, it doesn't mean that Muslims have less respect to Jesus. 2) The Quran is NOT Muhammad's words. Instead they are the words of God, conveyed thru Prophet Muhammad. In God's words, Jesus is mentioned and highly regarded in the Quran and Muslims MUST believe in Jesus's words when he spoke of God. Muslims MUST believe in the book of Jesus. However, it was corrupted long after his death, hence Muhammad was sent.

awesome, but just to make it clear to Muslims brothers, not all Christians believe that Jesus is God. but all Christians believe that Jesus is the son of God, for Jesus himself said so. "for so God loved the world that he gave his one and only son to the world that whoever believe in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. I believe that Our Lord God is one. for even Jesus himself said "hear O Israel our Lord God is one" but he also said "the father is in him and he is the father, he said him and the father are one, he said, by seeing him we saw the father". all Christians believe that Jesus existed from Abraham and that from heaven, he existed before his mother, for Mary is just the entrance of Jesus into the world. remember Jesus said "before Abraham, I was". he said " i am from above, i am from heaven, i am from the father. all christians pray to God in the name of Jesus. we don't pray to Jesus but to God through Jesus. " pray anything to my father in my name and it will be given to him, honor the son like you honor the father so that the father can be glorified through the son". Jesus said " we going to Jerusalem were the son of man is going to be humiliated, handed to the high priest and mocked by the gentiles, he will be crucified and in the third day he will raise", he said " i was dead but check i am the living one, i was dead now am alive forever, i am the beginning and the end. we believe in Heaven and Hell, we believe in Anti-Christ, false prophets, Mark of the beast. Jesus is coming back to judge the world and to put an end to suffering, pain and death, to put an end to anti-Christ, even to the devil himself, then he will hand everything back to God himself, so that God will be all in all. FOR US THERE IS ONLY ONE GOD, THE FATHER and ONE LORD, JESUS CHRIST. COME O LORD. WE BELIEVE IN THE RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD. JESUS IS NOT GOING TO DIE

Marife Salih now you are saying God himself is a lie, for he spoke this in prophecies and again you are saying Jesus is a lie for he said this too. let be honest, for this reason the son of man came into the world. now let say Jesus is just a servant of God. where did he came from ? came God gave his authority to a mere man ? can God lie ? can God let a mere man judge others ? or do man come from heaven ? can a man exist before his ancestors ?. use your God given sense and think about this, God promised that the Messiah would die for our sins, he promised that the Messiah would be crucified and resurrect, Jesus said he is going to be killed and resurrect in the third day. after Resurrection he showed his disciples his crucifixion wounds, disciples show his rise into heaven, now after some years, someone came declaring himself a prophet, saying Jesus was not crucified nor the son of God, Now you believe him?, how could you stand so low ? this is the thing that Jesus was talking about, this is the thing that ST. Paul said will happen, he said false prophet will come and deceive many. but he made this very clear to you but you are so weak and blind. he told you that this is the only gospel. remember when he said, not even if someone claim to be a prophet not even from the angel. you must never believe them. but in your blindness you easily went astray, mercy O Lord. Jesus came into the world to save the world. Jesus himself said in Revelation that " i was dead but now i am alive forever, behold I am coming soon. remember when Jesus said he will come with his angel to judge the world ? now check what Muslims believe about the coming of Jesus ?. he will come in his power and glory to judge the world and put an end to suffering, pain and death, just like death entered the world through one man, in one man it will leave the world. Jesus himself made it clear that he is from heave, that he is the son of God, that he was before Abraham. Now you believe a prophet who is against God and Jesus himself even against prophecies ? you must be very blind. You are no difference from Pagan, for you will die anyway, for only through Jesus people will be saved, only if you believe that he is the son of God who came into the world to save humanity, that he died for your sins, that he is the Lord and Savior. and there is only one God the father. "Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent." COME O LORD !

I am a Christian too but i don't believe that Jesus is God, but i believe that Jesus is the son of God, i believe that Jesus existed before creation, remember he said He was before Abraham, i believe Jesus came from heaven, I believe he is the exact image of God, in him we see God, for the father is in him, and he is in God. i believe he is the judge of the final days. i believe that Jesus died for our sins, i believe he was crucified and resurrected. i believe he sit on the right-hand of God the almighty. but i don;t believe in Muhammad because he is contradict Jesus, Jesus said he is the word of God, then Muhammad said he is not the son of God, Jesus said he was crucified, died for our sins, Muhammad said, they crucified him not. Jesus said, ask the father anything in my name and it will be given to you, he said honor the son like you honor the father, so the the father may be glorified in the son. i am offended when someone insult Jesus, God or Moses, but i do nothing to defend them apart from saying don't ever do that. but i do nothing physically, for God is holy and powerful, he defend himself.

Isa is nearer to God? How about Muhammad? I believe in a divine Isa from the Gospel? If God don't need nothing than why bother with angels, human etc? I truly believe that God do love us and Jesus exists before Abraham as said in the gospel. With respect the gospel says if a angel appears and proclaim not Isa, REBUKE IT! When we rebuke is because its wrong in righteousness. I'm thinking spiritually and logically. Satan has use Islam, to take our only way from entering the kingdom of God.
