Probationary officers are all talk. Monitor thier calls, record them and keep in mind you can file a report on them if your rights are violated. They can't make up laws for you to follow nor can they charge you.

I am interested with Law and Forensic Science. The US Probation Officer, Pre Sentencing Unit sounds great until you have to " defend " a sexal assult case . Basically stating be ause of the persons upbringing... How do you all stay unbiased?

Probation is nothing more than extended term of enslavment after jail.

Is it not better than more incarceration? Perhaps parole and probation need to be refined but it seems better than more mass incarceration 🤷‍♂️
