WHAT DO THE NEW JERSEY DEVILS DO WITH THE #10 PICK & IN FREE AGENCY?

The NJ Devils have the #10 pick in this year's NHL Draft which takes place at the Sphere in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Devils also have just under $19million in free agency cap space.
Do they stand pat and pick at #10? Do they trade up for a coveted defenseman? Do they take Berkly Catton at 10 and match his skills and speed with Jack Hughes? Do they trade the pick for Juuse Saros or Thatcher Demko?
Do they try to draft Artyem Levshunov the Michigan State star of the NCAA? Zeev Buium of Denver?
