im liking this series alot so far and i don't know if anyone told you this, but you can actually get joel (tooth kid with teddy) as a party member, since you gave him the teddy you can interact with him again and at some point there'll be a "you can't stay here" option and if you choose it he'll join your party. i dont comment usually but since noone else is really saying it i thought id tell you

The rat baby follows you and crawls into your inventory, which happened when you trying to fight the rats after trying to pick it up Also I hope they add a way for you to not lose your arm or the rat baby thing

In the hallway where you get the key and are chased by the big monster, you can turn back when it stops chasing you and that taped off door will be open. There's a weapons dealer you can trade with in there but don't have a convo just trade or they'll kill you

Presumably there’s an ending with the earth slide it gives. Earlier it said the planet’s moons were important and it looks like the cultists and neighbors are obsessed with the sky(lookout being made of telescopes, photographer having the photo of stars[I think] on the monster body are used for sky photography sometimes)
